PBI provides Commercial Disaster Recovery, Environmental Remediation and Capital Construction Improvements to the Mid-Atlantic's largest commercial real estate holders and managers.

This position is responsible for adding new customers to PBI Restorations within the defined territory. The Account Executive will accomplish this by attending and following up on preset appointments set for him/her within the territory. This job is also responsible for maintaining existing customers.

As part of this job, the Account Executive will identify prospects through multiple resources and input information into PBI’s CRM software. In addition, the Account Executive will be identifying prospects at networking events, association meetings and tradeshows.

The specific activities of the Account Executive include at least the following:

·         Attend preset meetings to uncover client’s needs/budget/decision and present PBI solutions and close using PBI Service Agreements and Contracts

·         Maintain existing client relationships

·         Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings

·         Produce $2MM per year in revenue

·         Attend sales training classes

·         RFP responses (team based)

·         Proposal writing (team based)

·         Maintain CRM daily

·         Request referrals

·         Follow up via phone for quality control
